    Your Key Responsibilities will include:

    • Reviewing technical requirements and specifications from third party providers of the business to provide an in-depth documentation based on the business needs.
    • Assist in analysing the different brands of the business related to inconsistent reports due to a decrease or increase in service and document improvements to the system:
    • Conduct analysis on existing systems to determine if there is a need to develop new systems or current systems have the right functionalities that are required for the brands;
    • Provide feedback to developers on what needs to be developed to satisfy end user needs. This includes providing insights and assisting with the decisions made in the project system;
    • Schedules and conducts training/handovers of the new functionalities shipped to our end-users;
    • Use Jira to notify developers of tested fixes in the systems and also suggest new features in existing systems to maximise user retention.

    About you:

    • At least 3+ years of demonstrated experience as a Systems Analyst.
