    About You

    • Experience and demonstrated ability in working within a small team with tradecraft expertise.
    • Sound communication skills, both written and verbal to skilfully communicate with trade and craft qualified individuals. 
    • Effective application of rational and focused problem solving, enabling quick and accurate problem resolution within department and area of expertise. 
    • Contributes to best practice processes and continuous improvement initiatives. 
    • Sound organisational, planning and time management skills. 
    • Ability to Influence and facilitate the continued growth of a positive and productive workplace culture, aligned with the company’s strategic objectives, vision and values.  
    • Knowledgeable in contemporary hydraulic and technical practices and procedures. 
    • Understanding of modern fault finding and testing practices.
